No, you can always check out as a guest. However we highly recommend you to register an account with us.

Once you have an account with us, shopping is a breeze since you no longer need to re-enter your personal information each time you wish to purchase something. You can login at any time to track recent orders, view status of your order and view order history. You can also view your earned reward points and any store credit you may receive.

By registering, will I automatically receive newsletters from you?

No, you have the option to choose if you wish to receive any newsletter from us when you sign up.

By registering, will you pass my personal details to other companies?

No, we will not pass your personal details to any 3rd party or company. The details you provide during registration are to help us serve you better and more efficiently.

No. We are an online fashion store, which means you can shop with us 24/7, from anywhere in world, and you don't even have to carry your own shopping home, because it will be delivered right to your very doorstep!



Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Kindly estimate shipping cost by entering your destination, on the 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes' section in your Shopping Bag. If there is no quote result for the your country, please email us so we can help you check.

What are the delivery methods available?

We offer to deliver your items via PosDaftar (Normal Registered Post) or PosLaju (Courier Post). Both methods are provided by our national postal service provider, Pos Malaysia. For international deliveries, items are shipped via International Registered Airmail or International e-Parcel.

How long will it take for the item to reach me?

Delivery time-frame is dependent on your destination and the shipping method you choose. For deliveries within Malaysia, Pos Daftar usually takes 3 to 5 working days (West Malaysia) and 5 to 7 working days (East Malaysia) to reach, while PosLaju delivers within 1 to 2 working days.

How much does it cost to ship my items?

Your order will be delivered via your preferred method - which you can select on the check-out page. Shipping is based on weight of your total order. To find out delivery cost for your item or order, click on 'Shopping Bag' link and click on 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes'. Then enter your destination and click on the 'Get Quote' button (shown below).

When will you ship my paid order?

We strive to mail your paid order as soon as possible. PosLaju opted orders received before 12pm will be mailed on the same working day and PosLaju orders received after 12pm will be mailed on the following working day. PosDaftar and International orders will be mailed on every Monday and Thursdays.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Yes, as long as we have not mailed the order. Please email us to do so.

How do I get free shipping?

Free Shipping is an option available for any single order exceeding RM100 in total: valid for deliveries within Malaysia and will be delivered via PosDaftar or e-Parcel. Estimated time of delivery is 4 to 10 working days.

Will I be able to track my delivery?

Yes, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking no. once we have shipped your order. You can track the status of the delivery on PosMalaysia's website by using the provided tracking code.

Do I need someone to sign for the delivery?

Yes, all our deliveries will require signature of the recipient. This way, we will know that the order has safely reach you. Therefore, kindly keep this in mind when you enter your shipping address.

No one was around to sign for the delivery!

Not to worry, the postman would have left a card behind for you to arrange for self-collection. If you can't find any card from the postal company, you can always call your local postal service and check using the tracking code we provided. For PosLaju & PosDaftar, kindly contact Pos Malaysia at 1-300-300-300 to find out where your package is being kept. You can then arrange to retrieve the package yourself, or (for PosLaju) request for a second delivery at a time when you know someone will be around to sign for it.

How long do I have to retrieve the package?

For PosDaftar, PosLaju or e-Parcel, your undelivered package will be kept at your nearest postal warehouse for up to 14 working days, starting from the day they failed to deliver it to you. After 14 working days, the package will be returned to us and any postage incurred to resend the package will be borne by you.

For international deliveries, kindly refer to your local postal service provider.

What is vintage clothing?

Vintage clothing are garments or accessories from the 1920s to the 1990s. They are at least a decade or two old. Most vintage items are one-of-a-kind pieces and unique.

Are they brand new?

No, vintage items are not newly manufactured. They were made in the past and have been stored away for years. They may have been worn before or they could be overstock from the past.

What condition are the vintage items in?

Because they have been stored away for so long and may also have been worn before at some point in the past, slight wear and imperfections are to be expected. We strive to repair or mention any notable defects, and our items have also been closely inspected in terms of quality and condition to ensure you are able to wear it with pride.

Do you have another size/color for a particular vintage item?

No, all our handpicked vintage pieces come in one piece each. The size/color/condition stated on the product page is what is available for any particular vintage item.

Where are your vintage clothing from?

Most of the vintage clothing on Vintagebiribiri are pret-a-porter or custom-made pieces from the late 70s to early 90s, imported from Japan.



How do I find out the size of an item?

On the product page, under 'DESCRIPTIONS', we will state the estimated size of each item. For exact measurements of each piece (vintage) or each available size (brand new), click on the 'DETAILS' tab.

Measuring guide:

All garments are measured while laid flat. Measurements stated are in inches.

Measuring Tips:

Get a piece of clothing that you feel fits you the best. Lay garment flat on an even surface. Measure the garment without stretching the fabric. If you wish to measure your own body, allow an extra for room to move.


Are returns or exchanges allowed?

Vintage items are non-returnable nor exchangeable. We accept exchanges for wrong or defective brand new items. In the event that the replacement item is no longer in stock, we will refund you in full via store credit.

I received the wrong product/what I receive is defective!

We take every care to ensure that the item you receive is in the best original condition. However, in the rare event that we overlooked and you do actually receive an item that is defective or cannot be worn/used, you may return it to us to exchange for an identical item or full refund.

To return an item, kindly send us a return request. You can do this by logging into your account. Click on the 'View your order history' link under 'My Orders', and click on the 'View' link of the order containing the item you wish to return. Check the box next to the wrong/defective item, and below the total amount, choose the action: Return Products. You will then be taken to the Product Returns form. Fill up the form by entering the order information and describing the reason for returning the item.

We will contact you via email to resolve the matter.

I am not happy with the item and demand to return it!

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, you may request to return it within 3 working days upon receiving it. Returns must be posted within 7 days of receipt. Please note that there will be a restocking of 10% and refund will be made via store credit.

Example: Item returned was purchased for MYR100, shopper will receive store credit of MYR90 only. Return form must be used and postage of returning the item will not be refunded.

Items returned must be in original unworn condition with tags attached in order to receive refund. We reserve the right to refuse refund if item is returned in worn condition or without original tags. Sale items and jewelry are also non-returnable



How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is an option available to Malaysian shoppers with any purchase above MYR100 in a single order. If your total order exceed MYR100, you will see the option for Free Shipping on the checkout page. Please note that Free Shipping is delivered via Registered Post or e-Parcel and will take 5 to 10 working days to reach.

How do I earn Reward Points?

To earn Reward Points, you need to shop as our member. Every ringgit purchased will earn you 1 Reward Point.

What can I do with my Reward Points?

Points earned can be converted into store credit, which will be deducted off your next purchase with us. Once your points reach 500, you can request to convert it into store credit MYR50. You can check how many points you have accumulated when you login to your account.
To request for conversion, kindly contact us.

Can I transfer my Reward Points to my friend?

No, Reward Points are non-transferable.

Can I convert my Reward Points into cash?

No, Reward Points can only be converted into store credit.

How do I use my store credit?

Store credit is automatically deducted off your next purchase. Example: you have MYR15.00 in store credit, your order items that come up to MYR40.00, you only need to pay MYR25.00.

What happens to my store credit that isn't used?

Any unused store credit will be kept in your account for up to 6 months from the date is credited.

How do I use discount or promotional codes?

After you have added items into your bag, click on the 'Shopping Bag' link (top right) and click on 'APPLY DISCOUNT CODE'. Enter the discount or promotional. If the code is entered correctly, the discount will be automatically deducted from your order total immediately.

Why doesn't my discount code work?
